This is an easy and healthy meal that you can take in a lunch or eat after school. I make a big batch on Sunday and it covers several meals or snacks throughout the week. Try it with gluten free pasta to make a yummy gluten free meal.
Ingredients
½ box tri-colored garden pasta
1 bottle wishbone Italian dressing (use about ½ cup)
½ cup pepperoni
½ cup finely chopped carrot
½ cup chopped black olive
½ cup grape tomatoes or chopped tomatoes of your choice
½ cup finely chopped broccoli
Directions
Step 1 – Prepare Pasta as directed
Drain pasta and put in large bowl
Step 2 – Chop veggies
Chop all vegies and toss into bowl with pasta.
Step 3 – Add Italian Dressing
Add dressing to taste. After it is refrigerated you usually have to add a bit more.
