This delicious Chicken Caesar Wrap recipe makes the perfect quick lunch or dinner your whole family will love. They’re ready, fridge to table, in just 15 minutes!
I serve them with a side of cold cut veggies, hummus and fresh fruit. These Chicken Caesar Wraps could not be easier to make–especially if you use leftover cooked or rotisserie chicken.
Ingredients
3/4 cup reduced-fat creamy Caesar salad dressing
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
2 cups torn romaine
3/4 cup Caesar salad croutons, coarsely chopped
6 whole wheat tortillas (8 inches), room temperature
Directions
Step 1 – Toss Ingredients
Place all ingredients chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, croutons, and caesar salad dressing into a large mixing bowl and toss well to combine.
Step 2 – Fill Tortilla and Roll
Add a big spoonful of mixture to a tortilla and roll tightly, folding the sides in like a burrito. Secure with toothpicks, if necessary.
